Corey is an actor, filmmaker, and writer whose work is rooted in personal experience. His vision for Studio Muiz is to bring the spotlight to the voiceless and champion production in the North East, specifically Sunderland.

Shay O’Leary is a cinematographer and emerging director whose work centres on visual storytelling and collaborative filmmaking. Currently completing his studies at Northumbria University, Shay has developed a strong foundation in cinematography, bringing a thoughtful eye for composition, movement, and atmosphere to both narrative and documentary projects. His practice combines technical precision with a natural instinct for story, allowing images to carry emotional weight and meaning.

As Resident Director, Shay works across production and development, contributing to projects with a hands-on, collaborative approach. At the start of his professional career, he is already recognised as a promising new voice in filmmaking, bringing curiosity, energy, and a clear visual sensibility to every project he undertakes.
