Casting Call: Charlie

Playing Age: 19–23 (performers must be 18+ before contract start)

We are seeking an actor to portray Charlie, a complex and layered character in their early twenties.

Character Description

• Appearance: Slim/skinny build, early twenties

• Personality: Grounded and nurturing, yet carrying a dangerous undercurrent

• Background: Works in care, accustomed to “fixing” people

• Traits: Meticulous, tidy, and controlled—masking inner anxiety with a calm exterior

• Performance Requirements:

  • Strong emotional range to capture both care and control

  • Ability to convey intensity, unpredictability, and vulnerability

  • Comfortable with intimate moments

  • Must deliver a convincing MLE (Multicultural London English) accent

📌 Casting Process

• Step 1: Submit Spotlight link, CV, and headshots by 10am on 16 December 2025

• Step 2: Shortlisted applicants will be asked to provide two self-tape scenes (scripts provided)

• Step 3: Finalists will attend an in-person chemistry session with the director and the other lead actor
